Serving Suggestions
1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 2)
Half a teaspoon on rising and half before bed. First time users start with 1/8th of a teaspoon and gradually increase. As Probiotic Foods for Kids is a food it can be eaten direct from the spoon, added to a smoothie, your favourite recipes or sprinkled directly on food.
Toddlers start with a sprinkle of probiotics on their food, and gradually increase.
